Toshiba, a Japanese multinational conglomerate corporation has announced a new tablet called as Toshiba Regza AT300 in Japan. It is powered by a 1GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual-core processor and runs on Android 3.0 Honeycomb operating system. It comes with fabulous features like 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen display with resolution of 1280 x 800 pixel, 5.0-megapixel rear-facing camera, 2.0-megapixel front-facing camera, Mic / headphone output etc. The upcoming touchscreen tablet of Toshiba is equipped with WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity options as well as supports an SD card slot.
The Toshiba Regza AT300 Tablet has internal memory of 16GB, 1B RAM etc. It includes a full sized USB port, a mini USB port, an HDMi port etc and provides up to 7 hours of battery life. The upcoming device measures 177 x 273 x 15.8 mm and weight 765 grams. The Toshiba Regza AT300 Tablet will be available at the price tag of ¥60,000 (around $730) in June 2011.
