Admit it, you read the Lord of the Rings trilogy and thought to yourself, "If only these novels could be combined with metal music, I'd be happy as a hobbit."
Well, do I have news to share...Finnish band Battlelore has the Ren Fest/Goth Metal scene on lockdown. Epic metal with lyrics based on Tolkien's Middle Earth is touring a European concert hall near you. Personally the stuff is a little too much like Evanesence, but I'm not the most refined music critic around.
